Proverbs 31 Woman: not a standard of perfection but a goal for a wisdom filled life

Many critics, and even Christian leaders and pastors, have used the Bible to blame women for everything from sexual sins to a man’s fragile ego. From Delilah to Jezebel, there are unfavorable images of men. However, they tend to forget or ignore that the book of Proverbs begins and ends with glowing portraits of women. By the way, there aren’t many glowing descriptions of men in the book of Proverbs either. Proverbs opens with wisdom personified as a woman and ends with the picture of a wise woman. The Proverbs 31 woman represents the fulfillment of life lived in wisdom. A woman who is praised by her husband and children as a woman who surpasses all others. Proverbs 31:10-31 describes the ideal woman, wife and mother. What makes her ideal? Is it too lofty a goal? What does it mean to be a Proverbs 31 woman today?

Proverbs 3:13-16 states “Blessed are those who find wisdom, those who gain understanding, for she is more profitable than silver and yields better returns than gold. She is more precious than rubies; nothing you desire can compare with her. Long life is in her right hand; in her left hand are riches and honor.” This is an abstract picture of wisdom. Proverbs 31:10-31 brings that picture into a more tangible image. This woman is hard-working, enterprising, capable, strong and wise. She is skilled, generous, and thoughtful. She is dignified, God-fearing, serene and a credit to her husband. She rises early to feed her family. She considers a purchase before buying it. She weaves clothes and linens. She works with eager hands. She helps her community. She is a woman who is never idle and uses her time wisely. It asks the question: Are you making good use of the time given to you?

Unfortunately, the depiction of the Proverbs 31 woman has been used by preachers and critical husbands to point out where ordinary women fail. But they also fail to recognize what the most important attribute of the Proverbs 31 woman is: her fear of the Lord. Charm and beauty are all in the eye of the beholder and have a short shelf life. However, a fear of the Lord and a great faith in Him is the most important aspect of this woman’s life. Job 28:28 says “The fear of the Lord—that is wisdom, and to shun evil is understanding.” A bold, all-consuming love for God is the ultimate goal to keep your eye on and when you do, everything else will fall into place. Fear of the Lord is the beginning of wisdom as Proverbs 9:10 says “The fear of the Lord is the beginning of wisdom: and the knowledge of the Holy One is understanding.” To fear the Lord is to be in reverent awe of His holiness and to give complete reverence and honor as the God of great glory, majesty and power. Fear of the Lord builds wisdom and faith.

Many people would argue that the image of a Proverbs 31 woman is outdated for today. However, I would argue it is still relevant. She is a woman who looks to the future with plans, goals and hope. She lives purposefully. She is wise and knowledgeable. A Proverbs 31 woman makes herself useful. She has strength. Strong morally, spiritually and physically. She puts the best version of herself forward and she supports her husband. When a husband and a wife support and encourage each other, they both succeed. To strive to be a Proverbs 31 woman isn’t just for married women. Single women can emulate her too. To serve others, give generously, be kind and work hard. You don’t have to be married to do that. Overall, a Proverbs 31 woman is strong, smart and successful. She is also generous, kind and finds joy in serving others, even in the mundane. Some days it may be tiring. Do not be discouraged if some days you don’t feel like it. It’s okay to stop, rest and recharge your batteries. Even Jesus took rest and retreated (Matthew 14:13, Mark 1:35, and Mark 6:31 to name a few).

In conclusion, the perfect image of the Proverbs 31 woman may sound very discouraging. It is a goal or standard to strive for; however, it is important to remember that the most praiseworthy aspect about this woman is her fear of the Lord. The gift of wisdom is from God to preserve, bless and prolong our life. Give thanks for the benefits of wisdom we already have in our lives. We need to seek God to recognize the difference in the “wisdom” of the world and true wisdom from God. While this image is a goal to strive for, do not be discouraged if there are days you do not feel like you live up to this ideal. There are even days when I do not feel I can strive to this goal. Turn to God, seek Him, and rest. He can provide the energy and strength you need.

Seeking Allah, Finding Jesus: one man's journey to faith

Seeking Allah, Finding Jesus: A Devout Muslim Encounters Christianity by Nabeel Qureshi is his journey from devout Muslim to full heartedly falling in love with Christ. Nabeel grew up in a loving and devout Muslim family, he shares how he developed a passion for Islam and its teachings. It was through friendships and friendly debates and questions, Nabeel investigates to prove Islam and disprove Christianity. As he investigates, it becomes undeniable that everything he knew and felt about Islam was false. When he is unable to deny the evidence for Christ and not wanting to disappoint his family, Nabeel’s inner turmoil will challenge many Christians and Muslims. He tells a powerful story as one man faces the clash between Islam and Christianity and has to make a very difficult choice.

I was first introduced to Nabeel Qureshi in the documentary American Gospel (2018). Last year, I read his book, No God but One: Allah or Jesus? (2016) as he answered in detail the questions he faced during his investigation. Seeking Allah, Finding Jesus is his in depth and brutally honest memoir of his journey. It is an amazing journey and another great example of the transformative power of the Gospel. I enjoyed that he refers to No God but One if readers wanted more details to the questions he was facing and trying to answer. I also liked that even though he was being drawn to Christ, he is very respectful and does not demean Muslims or their beliefs. His purpose is to detail his own journey. I highly recommend Seeking Allah, Finding Jesus as well as No God But One

The Groom: a second chance romance

The Groom is the first book in the A Keeper Heart series by Melissa McClone. Falling in love on national television was awkward but having your heart broken in front of viewers was devastating. Millie Kincaid signed up for the popular dating show, The Groom. She never expected to be picked, let alone make it to the finale. When Jace Westfall doesn’t pick her in the season finale, she is hurt and humiliated that she wants to escape from the spotlight and return to her quiet life as a school teacher. Until a new reality TV show provides her a shot at money that her school desperately needs. When Jace made his choice, he didn’t expect to fall from fan favorite to villain overnight. His choice cost him everything: his reputation, his endorsements and even his heart. Now on the verge of financial ruin, he is forced to do another reality tv show. Millie and Jace never expected to see each other again, let alone be teamed up. As they race from country to country, competing in challenge after challenge, they have a real shot at the prize money and a second chance at love. Their only obstacle: each other.

The Groom is a light heartened, fun romance. I am not a fan of reality shows and do not watch many of them. However, reading Jace and Millie’s adventure on the reality show, Cash Around The Globe, was much more entertaining and enjoyable than watching the real thing. I cheered them both on as they fought being teammates, found their rhythm together and fell in love. Millie had been boxed into the image that she was mousy and no man would find her attractive. She struggles with the fact that that image is wrong. Jace thinks with his head for practical purposes but fails to consider his heart. Every decision he makes is to better his family’s livelihood even at the expense of his own happiness. These two are perfect for each other, they just need to open their eyes and hearts to see it. A romance story with a happily ever after was just what I needed after reading a much heavier and darker book. Overall, I enjoyed The Groom and look forward to reading the rest of the A Keeper Heart series. If you enjoy light hearted romance with a happily ever after, I highly recommend The Groom

The End of Temperance Dare: a haunting gothic mystery

The End of Temperance Dare by Wendy Webb is a haunting story of intrigue, secrets and revenge. After suddenly losing her job at a local newspaper, Eleanor Harper decides to apply for the director position at Cliffside Manor, a renowned artist retreat, as Penelope Dare decides to step down and retire. She knows nothing of the manor’s past as a tuberculosis sanatorium. After years as a crime reporter, she hopes that the artist retreat atmosphere will bring the peace she needs. She is quite surprised when she is selected for the position but ready for the challenge. When she arrives on a fog-filled morning, Eleanor can’t shake a sense of impending doom and as the artists arrive, she begins to suspect that her predecessor chose this group of individuals with a certain purpose in mind. As strange and chilling events begin to unfold, the sins of the pasts are revealed, Eleanor must fight to save the artists and herself from evil forces. Will they make it out alive?

The End of Temperance Dare is a gothic novel with many twists and turns. As I read, I was reminded of Henry James’ 1898 novella, The Turning of the Screw and Nicole Kidman’s 2001 movie The Others with a sprinkle of Supernatural (2005-2020) vibes. When events are unfolding and strange occurrences catch the residents unaware, I kept asking myself who or what is behind it all? Was it one of the caretakers on the grounds? I had my suspicions about a few. Or was there an evil spirit with a deadly game to play? The beginning was a bit slow for me but the gothic vibe was evident from the very beginning but a few chapters in and the story burst open and kept me glued to the page. I usually don’t read gothic novels but this story was intriguing and gripping. Ms. Webb developed mood, atmosphere and mystery brilliantly. I am intrigued to read Ms. Webb’s other works. I highly, highly recommend The End of Temperance Dare

The Brighter the Light: family secrets and discovery of inner strength

The Brighter the Light by Mary Ellen Taylor is a dual-timeline story of one woman’s journey to discover the stories hidden in her family’s past. Legends say when a shipwreck surfaces, old secrets are discovered. It seems to be true in Ivy Neale’s hometown of Nags Head, North Carolina. When she inherits her family’s beachfront cottage after her grandmother Ruth’s death, she’s prepared to face Dani, her best friend, and Matthew, her boyfriend, that she left behind twelve years ago. As Ivy begins to shift through her grandmother’s belongings, a winter gale uncovers the shipwreck of the Liberty T. Mitchell. A strange series of events as Ivy finds clues to the family secrets so long held in silence. One particular secret brings forth the fateful events of the summer of 1950 as twelve year old Ruth experiences a summer that will change her life forever. Will the truth finally be revealed? Will Ivy discover a strength she didn’t know she had to make her home by the sea?

I chose this book as my Amazon Reads title. I was dazzled by the beautiful cover and intrigued by the story description. The Brighter the Light is an emotional family drama with secrets galore along the North Carolina shore. Ivy is a young woman who desperately wanted to leave Nags Head at 18 and did. She never looked back until her grandmother’s funeral. Now she must deal with Ruth’s packed cottage. What she sees as useless junk appears to have deeper meanings as she finds connections to the summer of 1950. She also discovers aspects about her grandmother that she never knew and a strength she didn’t know she had. I enjoyed The Brighter the Light as I could not put it down. I enjoyed the added mysterious air of the shipwreck appearance. This book is my first by Ms. Taylor and I look forward to reading more of her books. If you enjoy family secrets and discovery of inner strength, I recommend The Brighter the Light

The Sweetest September: one mistake can be life changing

The Sweetest September is the first book in the Home in Magnolia Bend series by Liz Talley. One mistake can be life changing. All John Beauchamp wanted was a night to forget. On the anniversary of his wife’s tragic death, he gets terribly drunk and has a one night stand in a bar bathroom. Ashamed and guilt ridden, he returns to the one thing that makes him happy: running his Louisiana sugar cane plantation. Until one day, Shelby Mackey comes to the plantation and announces she’s pregnant. She claims she doesn’t want anything from him. She felt obligated to tell him. She expected to be on her way but John has other ideas. When he’s with Shelby, he feels something he hasn’t felt before. She’s brought laughter back into his life. Shelby is just what he needs to feel alive again and he hopes her stay will become permanent.

The Sweetest September runs the gambit of emotions! It is a heartfelt look into grief, healing and moving forward when others seem to be content in their grief. My heart broke for John from the very beginning as he was stuck in his grief with a guilt he thinks he deserves. Shelby is a woman who has had relationship betrayal after another, never feeling worthy enough of love. It is only a sense of responsibility that brings her to John’s doorstep, little does she know that it will open her eyes and heart to a love she is worthy of. I loved this story! There were moments of laughter and anger. There were steamy moments of romance and there were beautiful happy tears at the end. I highly recommend The Sweetest September. I look forward to reading the rest of the series.

Strung Out to Die: who framed Holly?

Strung Out to Die is the first book in the Divorced Divas mystery series by Tonya Kappes. Life for Holly Harper is slowly but surely getting back on track after her divorce. She has her craft story, The Beaded Dragonfly, and pet pig, Willow. She and fellow divorcees call themselves the Divorced Divas and gather together for food, wine and crafts. They also help each other discover new and creative ways to seek revenge against their ex-husbands. It’s no secret that Holly’s ex-husband, Sean Harper, and local wealthy bachelor, Doug Sloan, do not get along. When Doug is discovered dead inside The Beaded Dragonfly, Holly is determined to discover who killed him and is framing her in the process.

Strung Out to Die is a different mystery story from Tonya Kappes. It’s a more involved and deeper story. True to Tonya Kappes’ style, there are a lot of zany and colorful characters especially Ms. Agnes Pearl, a 80-something wealthy widow who is as eccentric as they come. At the beginning of the story, Holly is still deeply wounded and unsure of herself since her divorce but she is determined to make it on her own. By the end of the book, she is definitely stronger and more self-assured. The killer reveal was a bit of a shocker and one I didn’t see coming. Overall, I enjoyed Strung Out to Die and I’m looking forward to future books in this series.

To Love and Be Loved: when the life you wanted isn't the life you get

To Love and Be Loved by Amanda Prowse is one woman’s journey to build a new life after she is left at the altar and becomes the talk of her Cornish fishing village. Merrin Kellow is young and desperately in love. Her new life with her fiancé is about to start when it all comes crashing down. Now desperate to avoid whispers and gossip, she leaves Port Charles, Cornwall. Leaving behind her beloved parents, her sister, Ruby and best friend, Bella. It isn’t easy staying away but she cannot bring herself to face her beloved home for fear of opening up old wounds again. When tragedy strikes, she has no choice but to return. Once back home, Merrin realizes what she has missed: her home, her family and especially the person she used to be. She is forced to make decisions about her future and confront the past she has been trying to hide. Can she learn to forgive and find true happiness?

Amanda Prowse is known for deeply emotional dramas with a flair of hope for a better future. There are no easy answers or solutions in her books. If I had been left at the altar, I probably would have run too. Although I sympathized with Merrin on this humiliation, it was hard to like her in other areas of the stories. At times, she was very immature and even juvenile in her reactions to devastating news. But when a single moment has defined someone’s image of themselves, isn't it natural to be a bit childish? My favorite character was her older sister Ruby and the tensions between Merrin and Ruby were classic sisterly squabbles and drove into deeply personal hurts and forgiveness that only sisters can give. Overall, I enjoyed To Love and Be Loved. It is a story of when the life you thought you wanted opens to the door to the life you truly needed. I recommend To Love and Be Loved

An Affair of Spies: a spy mission with the utmost importance

An Affair of Spies by Richard H. Bolson is a spy mission to get a defector from Germany and prevent the Nazis from creating an atomic bomb. Nathan Silverman grew up in Berlin, the son of a theoretical physicist. His idyllic life was soon shattered by the increasing levels of hostilities toward the Jewish communities. He leaves for New York City in 1938 with only his mother’s wedding ring to sell for survival. He enlists in the Army with the desire to help fight the Nazi regime. He is quickly selected for special training and ordered to report to the Manhattan Project. As he learns that the Americans are racing to beat the Nazis in the nuclear arms, he discovers that an old friend of his father’s wishes to defect and it is his mission to get him safely out of Germany. He is joined by Dr. Allison Fisher, a brilliant young physicist, and together they embark on a dangerous mission deep in enemy territory.

An Affair of Spies is described as “an action-packed tale of heroism and love in the face of unspeakable evil.” While it is a tale of heroism and love in the face of unspeakable evil, I would hardly call it action packed. As a man who has been trained as a spy, Nathan breaks every rule and makes bad decisions after bad decisions that I would hardly call him a hero. He often takes his own agenda ahead of his mission and forgets the importance of stealth and secrecy. While the explanations of the physics is appreciated, Mr. Balson tends to explain and reexplain repeatedly that it bogged down the flow of the story. Even the close calls and almost catches were melodramatic. The historical research is well done. Unfortunately, it was not the spy thriller novel I was expecting. It seems to be more about the budding relationship between Nathan and Allison than espionage. Overall, An Affair of Spies wasn’t bad but it wasn’t great either.

An Affair of Spies is available in hardcover, eBook, and audiobook.

A Pinch of Commitment: a marriage of convenience or a recipe for love

A Pinch of Commitment is the second book in the Veils and Vows series by Jean Oram. Ethan Mattson is trying to sell his restaurant and catering business so he can devote his full time to his technical business. Lily Harper, his sister’s childhood friend, comes back to town with a proposition. They get married and after a year, they quickly divorce where she can take the restaurant and catering businesses off his hands while saving them both lots of money. He agrees, vowing not to love her as falling love is not a part of their deal. However, the girl he once knew is now a gorgeous woman who has a nasty ex that won’t leave her alone. Lily has had a crush on Ethan since he rescued her from a mud puddle and school bullies. But she is determined to be strictly business so she can finally have the restaurant of her dreams. Of course, she begins to fall in love. Can their arrangement be the recipe for love?

A Pinch of Commitment is a sweet romance. Ethan is a broken man, both physically and spiritually. Lily is desperate to find a home and belong. Their marriage of convenience seems to be the perfect situation for them. Their sudden marriage raises some eyebrows to the residents of Blueberry Springs, of course, Ethan and Lily try their best to make it look legit. In the process, they begin to fall in love. I loved the character of Gramps as he seems to see through their deception. Overall, I enjoyed A Pinch of Commitment and look forward to reading the rest of the series. I read a lot of criticisms stating that this story isn’t real life, that the town is too perfect. Yes, some of the story elements are a bit far fetched. However, I read most romances for escape. If I wanted real life, I would find a book about real life. If you enjoy small town romances with a happily ever after ending, I recommend A Pinch of Commitment

A Pinch of Commitment is available in paperback and eBook.

Seduced by Snowfall: a sweet, steamy opposites attract romance

Seduced by Snowfall is the third book in the Lost Harbor, Alaska series by Jennifer Bernard. Dr. Bethany Morrison is used to being the responsible one, the one everyone relies on. She certainly isn’t used to needing to be rescued. Every time she has needed help, sexy, lighthearted firefighter Nate Prudhoe has been there. When she needs a fake boyfriend to deter her father’s middling, It’s no wonder she turns to him. Nate knows he is seen as the fun loving guy but he hides a deeply wounded heart. But when he discovers a mysterious injured runaway hiding inside the firehouse, there is only one person he turns to. As winter closes in, the line in their fake relationship seems to be fading into forever. Will Nate realize that Bethany is exactly who he needs to help heal his wounded heart? Will Bethany recognize that the fun loving Nate is what she needs to balance out her life?

Seduced by Snowfall is a sweet, steamy opposites attract romance. I love fun loving yet serious firefighter characters and Nate certainly fills that role. Bethany is the uptight doctor who is trying to be as far away from her middling father as she can. But she comes to love the little community that has welcomed her with open arms. Bethany and Nate are brought closer together as they help the mysterious teen, who Nate nicknames SG, and Bethany begins to see that she had Nate pegged all wrong. Their banter was fun and flirty. I enjoyed that SG’s story isn’t quite done yet. I look forward to reading more about her and her mysterious past. I loved Seduced by Snowfall and I look forward to reading the rest of the series. I loved Ms. Bernard’s description of Alaska that I would love to visit one day. If you love fun, steamy romances, I recommend Seduced by Snowfall

A Limited Run: a TV family reunion with buried secrets

A Limited Run by Karen McQuestion is a story of five people connected by a beloved tv show that come together for a reunion of sorts. When billionaire and self proclaimed superfan, Felix Worthington invites the five cast members of the TV show A Little Slice of Haven to re-create their roles for ten days. By doing so, they would receive two million dollars. Recreate a show twenty five years later? The cast is skeptical but all in need of the money, one by one they agree. Unfortunately, the show was an experience best forgotten. Meri Wetzel, who played the loving wife and mother, has spent the last 25 years avoiding Jeff Greer, who played her TV husband. Even Dominick Ingrelli, Amanda and Lauren, who played the children, wish to keep the show in their past. Their only instruction is to stay all ten days and stay in character the entire time. Sounds like easy money, what really could go wrong?

Yes, what could go wrong? Plenty. From the opening chapter to the closing scene, there is more than the simple request from a superfan to recreate his beloved show. But they all have their reasons to recreate the show. The only holdout was Lauren but when she suddenly agreed to do it, my interest was heightened. Why would she suddenly agree? As they slip back into their characters, they are convinced that recreating the show would be much easier than they thought. However, with each passing day, something appears to be off as whispered comments and passed notes from one of the extras raise questions in their minds. I can’t go much into the events of the story but WOW! This story is gripping. It is compelling without being scary. While there was one reveal that I guessed, there was one reveal that I didn’t see coming! I loved Karen McQuestion’s books and A Limited Run is one of her best!

A Limited Run is available now in paperback, eBook and audiobook

Yours Since Yesterday: a second chance at one's first love

Yours Since Yesterday is the second book in the Lost Harbor, Alaska series by Jennifer Bernard. After being introduced in the first book, Zoe Bellini shines in her own love story. Fifteen years ago, Zoe and her best friend, Padric Jeffers were hiking in the forest near Lost Harbor when they kissed and their lives changed forever and not in a good way. Events known as The Scandal result in Padric being whisked away from Lost Harbor and leaving Zoe behind with a broken heart and shattered dreams. Padric Jeffers is now a world famous singer-songwriter and he never expected to return to Lost Harbor. However, when he receives a letter concerning Zoe, he postpones his tour and heads north. Zoe had never been far from his mind in the last fifteen years and when he sees the gorgeous woman she has become, he is determined to never leave her again.

Of course, their reunion would be easier said than done as someone in Lost Harbor is not happy with Padric’s return. Yours Since Yesterday is a story of a second chance at one’s first love. It is filled with drama, sexy romance and deep emotional healing with a smidge of mystery. I thoroughly enjoyed reading Zoe and Padric’s story. Their romance, which began innocently as teens, grew into a steamy and sexy attraction that they could not deny. I enjoyed their cynicism, especially Zoe’s as she had one bad relationship after another. She didn’t want to believe in love for it would break her heart again. I also enjoyed the introduction of new characters that will appear in future stories, especially Nate. His interaction with Padric had me laughing! I highly recommend Yours Since Yesterday. Although I wouldn’t recommend reading this story while hungry. The descriptions of Zoe’s pizzas are mouthwatering!

Yours Since Yesterday is available in paperback and eBook.

A Road Trip to Remember: one road trip can change someone's life

A Road Trip to Remember by Judith Keim is a story of a life-changing road trip. Agatha “Aggie” Robard talks her granddaughter, Blythe, into driving her from their home in Boston to Florida, to see old college friends along the way. One college friend in particular, Donovan Bailey, the man she was planning to marry after college but circumstances took them on different paths. Aggie hopes to show her serious granddaughter that life can be fun too. However, their trip needs to be a secret. While the rest of the family is in Hawaii on vacation, Aggie and Blythe set off. All goes well and it looked like they would be able to keep their secret. Until a series of accidents leads their lives on a path they never saw coming. Will this new path show them that there are new possibilities everywhere.

I was expecting a story about an amazing road trip. However, the road trip takes place in the first third of the book and not much happens while on the road. It seems like the road trip was just to explain Aggie and Donovan’s history leading up to their reunion. Most of the events happen in Florida as Aggie and Donovan reunite. There was no real conflict with all the conflicts being resolved a bit too quickly. Everything is tied up in neat little bows with everyone happy and getting along. I didn't even feel a connection to any of the characters. The story was a bit too predictable and dragged in certain points. Overall, I liked the story and I enjoyed the premise that life is too short without some fun but it wasn’t the road trip story I expected.

Mine Until Moonrise: romance in small town Alaska

Mine Until Moonrise is the first book in the Lost Harbor, Alaska series by Jennifer Bernard. Megan Miller desperately needed an escape as she was running from a tragedy she can’t forget. From the moment Megan set foot in Lost Harbor, Alaska, she has been at odds with Lucas Holt, a local boat captain. They are opposites in every way: city girl versus hometown boy, nature tours versus fishing charters. Lucas is arrogant, annoying and wildly attractive as Megan reluctantly admits. However, Lost Harbor is the perfect place for her and nothing and no one, especially hottie Lucas, was going to chase her away. Lucas Holt is only back on Lost Harbor to put his father’s affairs in order. But is there something or someone that could keep him there? He admits he loves feuding with Megan as arguing with her is the best foreplay he’s had in years. When a dangerous storm throws them together and further ignites their smoldering attraction, a feud turns into a passionate affair that could turn into a fiery love or leave them in ashes.

Mine Until Moonrise is a fun, sweet, steamy enemies to lovers romance. Alaska is the final frontier of the American wilderness with its harsh winters and months of endless sunlight. It is the perfect location for feuds and romance. The feuding banter between Megan and Lucas was humorous and a hint at what was to come between these two characters. Megan has a tough exterior hiding a terrified interior as she struggles to find her footing in Lost Harbor, first as a nature tour guide and as an outsider in the harsh Alaskan atmosphere. Lucas is struggling with his father’s death which has been ruled as an accident. He had a feeling there’s more to the events of his death. As these two butt heads, the sparks fly! I enjoyed reading as they progressed from enemies to passionate lovers and settled into more. I hope they make appearances in the rest of the series. I hope If you love romances, I highly recommend Mine Until Moonrise. I thoroughly enjoyed it and looking forward to reading the rest of the love stories of this series.

Mine Until Moonrise is available in paperback, eBook, and audiobook
